For people with autism or other neurodivergent brains, interoception is often atypical, creating barriers to noticing, recognising and managing their feelings and emotions. Our programmes can help and support neurodiverse people, however, they can assist everyone to be more in tune with themselves, connect positively to others/tāngata katoa and the land/whenua.
